This is a beautiful piece. I loved the interplay between the clarinet and mallet instrument. It is certainly comforting, wrapping the listener up in a warm hug, but it also sounds a little mournful to my ear, but in a beautiful way. Technically, that clarinet patch sounds so realistic. I’d be curious which synth you use. Great job!

Well said. I don’t think you are alone. There’s a contemplative feel to the music. The back and forth, left and right panned, vibraphone/bell sounds set such a canvas for the clarinet’s wandering voice.

Beautiful, sad, mystical. The clarinet reminds me of klezmer/old Eastern European folk melodies. The drone combined with the bells (glockenspiel?) provides a contemplative atmosphere suitable to the situation.
