There is a paranoid myth that 'they' want us to eat insects.
This takes that idea and makes it into a fever dream of paranoia. The insects are out to get us. We must eat them! Or something like that. There is lots of insect imagery and general creeping uncertainty. So many words!
No insects were harmed while making this song. I live in peace with our tiny fellow earthlings.
Radiohead, songs like Jigsaw, etc, inspire the backing. All instruments are real (guitars and bass) or from Logic X (drums and organ). The vocals are an AI covering; after many attempts, my sung rough version. All songwriting/melodies/structures are human.
This song was written and recorded in a day.
