Liner Notes
Not really much to say about this one, other than it being my 14th making this the first FAWM I've finished solo! Yay! I was just kinda in a dour-ish mood and wanted to write something that suit that mood well. I recorded this like, 15 minutes before typing this all up and transferring it into my PC, and it's somewhere south of one in the morning so forgive the vocal being a bit tired-sounding.

Gives me Jason Molina feels. The drum machine and spare instrumentation fit with the desolation of the lyrics. Cool chord changes. And I love counting in songs for some reason, so thanks for the numbers.

Cool fuzz sound on the guitar track and I’m enjoying the indie rock vibe. Well done on writing 14 solo songs too this year!

Love this sound, love the lyrics, love that solo closing things out rather than being a middle section — its own fitting way of saying “I’ve said all I need to about this situation”. @sp4cek4a3n great call on the Jason Molina reference, I was going to say it’s like a more upbeat (ha!) compliment to Pyramid Electric Company. Congrats on #14!!
