I've had this idea in the back of my head since the 1st Feb, and never followed it up, as it's now the 28th, all the none collaboration songs have been quite . . . . melancholy, this seemed like a reasonable idea to change the mood.
The idea needs much more development . . . but still it's here.

He'll never be Larkin Poe, nor seasick Steve, or maybe not Gary Clark jr
But he can dream, of an approximation Of the music his heroes make
I'll keep this, short and sweet As this is just a blues experiment

Oh yeah, i love a cigar box riff. Nice dirty tone and slightly Seasick rhythm, what’s not to like. 👍 🤘

So much character and attitude in this. I'd consider this experiment to be entirely successful. That riff goes in and sticks.

I don't think this does need any more development! The minimalism is what makes it work. Good groove on the guitar.
