Lyrics by Jade Maciel. I recently asked my friends to send me lyrics or poems they want me to turn into music, and this is the first one I came up with. Didn't succeed at FAWM this year but that's fine. Next year.
Anyway, credit to Jade for these lyrics, which were originally poetry I messed with a bit to make them into music. Enjoy.

a kiss so soft it consumes you whole wrapping you in its velvet folds like the warmth of a cloak taking you in and leading you to your final home
the kiss of death a kiss of death oh set me free with your kiss of death the kiss of death a kiss of death please set me free with your kiss of death
pouring from your veins dripping from my neck taking me whole and leaving nothing left to fight them is to die again but where else can you go without the kiss of death?
so instead, here I sit letting it overcome me as it fills my lungs and heavies my chest drinking my tears and stealing my breath
