I got the main section and the bridge last night (I think?) and the intro/vamp/outro today. It took me more takes than I'd like to admit to get a presentable version (I was being stubborn about getting one solid take, no editing) and there are still a couple of stumbles (besides the intentional ones) and I'm still working out the ultimate form, but...here it is.

Hot dayumn. This drives and grooves. It doesn't need it, but I wanted a four on the floor from at least your boot heel. In a more refined and arranged recording, I could hear you swapping guitars for different sections, a new voice panned to either side to keep perking up the ear and building momentum.

Wow, what a banger of a tune! I found myself head bobbing and smiling away as the tune progressed. Absolutely love your groove and the little melodic surprises in here.

I love the sound of your springy, ebullient fingerpicking, especially with some minor chord sauce, and some counterpoint by way of those well chosen inversions. I’m with @richaaaay - compelling. Such an enjoyable journey from start to finish.

When you started into the meat of this, about 19 seconds in, I just smiled wide as if somehow that was gonna help my ears take it all in. Then that change/up at 1:08…hot diggity! I was done for. You’ve done a masterful job keeping this moving along and compelling. I was captivated from start to finish…

Really fun instrumental. Great playing! I do my FAWM demos one-take as well. Not a one of them will be perfect, but that's quite OK. And I didn't notice stumbles in this.
