Do it the hard way

Liner Notes
I had one tablescrap that I didn't finish, so I 'fawmed it', bringing the count to 15!
It was the first attempt at song 5 (Dark art) which I scrapped after I did the chorus, to start over with that song. Now, I didn't want to leave it lying around, so I added a verse, intro, ending and the transitions between the various parts, and I think it's a pretty decent #instrumental #rock piece.

I like this! There's a lot going on but at the same time it feels kind of chill and laid-back. I don't know why, but it's kind of making me feel like I should be watching some sort of montage sequence in an '80s TV show. 😅
Very cool composition, sounds and production. Adventous and fun.
This has industrial film score written all over it! (I mean that in a very good way!) I listen to a lot of library music to get ideas, particularly for grooves, and your stuff is certainly as good as anything I hear on the production music sites! I love the underbed of activity in this -- keeps it driving! And the changes are insane! Ticks all the boxes for me! Well done! #tit4tat
Love this!! Has some progressive Jazz components, but there's so much going on I think it morphs into various styles...which is engaging and impressive!! I love the descending progs in places. sweet keys, so well thought out and performed. The song is a magnet that just pulls me in, makes me close my eyes an immerse myself in the composition. loved it alot!! #tit4tat
What a cool piece! and to think it was almost left behind. This has a very inquisitive feel. Almost like exploring. It has the grandeur and little bit of the sense of danger too. Like an epic adventure! #tit4tat
I really like the octaves in the top line towards the middle and the mixed instrumental textures. Nice mix of all the voices.
Yeah, glad you fawmed this one! I like those guitars, and there's definitely something dark here compared to your other songs. But then there's light and lightness.
Really enjoying the production, I would love to know what DAW you're using and how you're producing your songs!
This is a darn sight better than "pretty decent" as far as I'm concerned. It's epic! It delivers a sense of bombast without being overwhelming, and it's powerful without becoming overblown. Like a mash-up of the best bits of Jan Hammer's and Hans Zimmer's musical styles, and stuffed full of wonderful sounds. Ace!
