Liner Notes

One of the first to be written, one of the last to finish the recording! It started as another piano song and although has moved too far from this, I played with different virtual instruments to help make it sound different to some of our other songs this year.

Not entirely happy with how the recording came out - feel like I've missed an essence of the song that I felt when writing it. Happy to at least have a recording to post before the close of FAWM.

This song just keeps giving! I love the 80s vibe - very nostalgic and it packs so many different quirky sounds in. It seems like it's about writing? But maybe that's a metaphor?? I don't care. It's excellent.

I love the chord progression that you start with...it feels kinda different... And then it gets this awesome '80s vibe....and on gosh the chorus! How divinely catchy (pun intended, lol)!
