Beautiful, cool, rocking song. Such a pleasure to listen to your singing and playing again. Keep on rocking. Whatever genre you do, it's always tasteful and gorgeous.

"Trust the refiner". Indeed. Really great to hear a serious rocker in the #firstfruits . Love the chorus. Applause! (I'd love to hear a shouted "Pure Gold!" right at the end, followed instantly by that guitar slide!)

I love the way the backing vocals serve the lyric and support the melodic line. Really great sound, terrific song.

i love this song, the way the music skips merrily through the rockin rhythms as you sing of foreboding challenges with potentially dire consequences. And in the end, the painful journey has been worth it, as you are emerge purged and precious.

Just heard the Keith Green song "Trials Turn to Gold" as covered by PFR yesterday.
This song is very much along the same lyrical lines but I like the dark rock feel to this song better. Nobody really likes being tested but it's so important. Great firstfruits. Great guitar line.

Always cool to hear some Cola rock! Nice main riff, love the slowdown in the pre-chorus and wow that's an awesome chorus! Excellent melody. Vocals are awesome as ever, with those nice harmonies.
