This is absurdly fun. The sheer poppy-ness of it is off the charts, I half expected to go blonde just listening to it.

I love the music. Composition A++. And the vocals have the perfect "pouty" inflection; it fits perfectly with the Madonna tunes that this protagonist wants to emulate. Sebastian Bach is a total sex symbol...

This is so catchy and sing-alongable, if that's even a word, clever and accessible, and that's not an easy combination, but you make it sound easy, and that's an whole other degree of difficulty. Basically, just brilliant, and fun, and enjoyable and relevant.
