I remember feeling low not so long ago But right now that seems like “good old days” There’s a button that says pause I’m not pressing it because I need to wind back much further in this maze

I never wanted to be last never thought much of the past But if I’m given the chance to enquire
I’d rewind to the days before the hills were ablaze
And we might have prevented the fire

Who needs a time machine to undo what’s been done Just a time machine knowing what we know now We could/should have made very different choices.
