#jazzpop #acousticrock I wrote a whole jazz pop song, but didn’t feel up to demoing during the skirmish. The next day in rehearsal I added the pre-chorus lyrics and a transitional chord and cleaned up some glitches in the melody. I pieced together the demo 4 days after the original writing, with no further intentional changes — and with apologies for my still-hoarse voice.

The song started with the phrase “całą noc,” which means “all night,“ but which I decided sounds like “it’s all in my notes.” That led to the story about a cosmic revelation at night.

I love the repetition in the chorus! Depending on the music delivery it could impact the listener in different ways..

Very interesting, and I can relate to the need to write down late-night ideas before they slip away. I like the use of mixed languages. I hope you eventually record a demo, because I want to hear it!
