This hit so close to home it wasn't funny... very poignant and emotional for me as I have yet to make the mark, always finding out that I was too late and they passed. Great skirmish. Thanks.

Heart wrenching. Especially the chorus. This skirmish hit me hard too. Hopefully you found it therapeutic or cathartic and it sounds like others saw it as a cautionary tale. Either way, good came out of it and I’m glad you expressed it.
