Started out with the initial chords and said to myself, "Self, do something with these. Do not throw it away. Make it work." So I set off to write something about "joy" as that's what the initial chords said to me. Let me know if I hit the mark because, after three days, I am fatigued with this...but I like it.

Missing stuff....melody and counter melody, better transitions, etc. But it is something I can work with after FAWM.

I came by and picked the first song in the list. I just hit play and listened while I was straightening up my desk. For some reason I felt a little bit of a pop edge as I was listening. But mostly I was smiling. So I actually took the time to read the liner notes and the title and man, what an apt title/great take on the joy theme. I mean, nearly perfect. I find it hard to be joyous without being sugary (in music as well as.. well, never mind) but you've done it up right.

It is a magical soundstage of joy and happiness. For dancers or performers of all feats acrobatical. I can see the preformers go through their routines on figure skates. Beautiful images.

My instrumentals always sound melancholic. I have no idea how you wrote this, but it's great and I wish I had it for the happy ending scene of the concept album I'm trying to write. Guess it will just have to end badly 😂

Definitely joy - at one point around 50s mark I though "massive christmas hit" but then it changed direction. (also very impressed you still have a working copy of Z3TA+ 2)!
