Here were my guidelines: I asked for you to leave a short one line comment and help write some lyrics for me. I'll sing and create the music based on the collective lyrics.
I realized this lyric challenge wouldn't work as I hoped just because the comments don't show up in chronological order, but I think what I got is awesome!
Thanks to @aeye and @mtmelodie for your lyric lines! I thought these lyrics called for an Explosions In The Sky direction...

Something about the harmonies on the "in my dream I was a duck in the pond" part just makes me smile warmly all the way through. Delightful.

Love love love those intro guitar siblings - they pull you right in. Wonderful atmosphere and vocals. What a great vibe. Warm and cozy enough for a duckling! Great job on this challenge. It's just a wonderful song.

i was amazingly not familiar with explosions in the sky until listening to this. despite the super-simple lyric prompts i think you pulled things together into a coherent song for the vibe. really fun shoegaze/post-rock chill vibes, and the guitars sound great!
