This is a strange one- I had heard a song on here about our days being numbered, and started thinking about the 'jokey' version of that thought.. this lyric kind of wrote itself- originally it was much longer, with a few more verses, etc.
I don't normally play piano and I'm not a very good player- but I thought this song could use that kind of piano sound- plugged in my old casio keyboard.
The recording is kind of by accident, I just sang and played it live into my iPhone so I wouldn't forget how the chords and music all went. Just sang the beginning and ending parts, and its probably better I left out the rest (I just put the parts that I sang in the lyrics below)
probably not one of my 'better ones' but.. hey, fawm is sometimes for experimentation. Maybe there's something here to return to? not sure

most people believe in things that are not there. therein lies the difference between knowledge and belief. i like your piano here. it is a simple but engaging part, and you never lose the rhythm. it is a good support for your vocals.

Hey this is pretty cool Mike, the Casio sound is great and you play a lot better than me. Love the song but especially the last verse "The outside is a shit show, the earth and sun they still go" Indeed, hopefully a while longer for our children's sake. 😎

Clever lyric and the ol Casio actually works well! I really enjoyed this! Can be deep as you want it to be!

I’m enjoying this experimentation. Way to go on pulling out the Casio and going for it. I love the intriguing idea of days being lettered instead of numbered. Perfectly disorienting for the shitshow we’re living through.
