Liner Notes

This is those days

Lyrics

My days are blending together Can’t tell when one ends and the next begins My days of eternal turmoil Those were the days, those were the days

My days with my days I can’t remember Where I find March ends in September My days spent thinking of caviar Those were the days, those were the days

My days and my hours I waste On no funny lyric that rhymes I’m afraid My days where I swim till I’m dry Those were the days, those were the days

My days want everything from me From my sleep, to my lunch, to my favorite CD My days went for a walk on the beach Those were the days, those were the days

Ah yes, those feelings. This is a creative lyric that conveys your point clearly, even while using absurdism in places.

I like it. 😀

I think I know the feeling. Maybe a period of time becomes a blur. I like the effect of personifying days of this kind.?I think it makes them easier to understand.

...nice - hope you can come back to this and lay some music and rhythm under the lyrics - as probably everyone else i know the feeling of das blending into one another and then having moved from present to past already...
