This is SO cool. I need to write more songs this short. I can't help wondering how much deliberate thought went into the choices of effects and layers put into the mix, because it seems totally spintaneous, but at the same time absolutely right.

I absolutely adore short songs. And fatalism. And whimsy. And by gum, you've got all three here. Charming, does what it needs to, and concludes.

Which leaves me wanting another listen. And another. And another.

I like the wild experimentation in such a short piece.

Neat jaunty guitars contrasted with bleaker lyrics. [Reminds me of a little known band, Beyond The Extreme, who had a penchant for this style -- I think you know them: I met up with their singer recently, he's not doing anything musical now.]
