A response to the skirmish prompt "A truly impressive pile of cheese". A partially true song about my dogs love of the curd.
Lyrics
I got a cheese dog His mission is clear There's no curd disaster That he fears
He's on this earth to clean up cheese
Mozza falls from the grater He cleans it post haste Old crusty cheddar Won't go to waste
It all changed at a family BBQ
A truly impressive Pile of cheese No one around so he Dropped to four knees
Tex Mex mountain disappeared that day
This pooch has a problem His walk is quite slow His gut is all blocked And nothing comes out when he goes
He's as constipated as he's ever been
Will he ever poop again?
Doesn't regret a single thing.
Collecting cheese tax is his reason for living.

Hahahahahaha!!! This is brilliant. I have to play this for my parents - I bet their dog would do the same thing. I love the grungy, bluesy guitar here, too. So much fun!!!!

There's a dark blues-folk intensity to the guitar here that set my foot tapping and kept me riveted. I like how the serious sound of the song contrasts with the fun and silliness of the lyrics, especially as we come to the end. It's very funny! (And that final raspberry is perfect!)
