There is very few anthems that a ukulele can play unironicaly. But this does sound like an anthem. The FUCA: FAWM ukulele club anthem. (I say ookulele too, but I find it very hard not to sound pedantic explaining why.)

Awe this is a bit of cute fun! My seven year old was enjoying this along with me and loved the brief mouth trumpet at the end! He hears me play the trumpet all the time but didn’t realize you could get close with your own voice 😀

Honestly, as a non-uke player, I've legitimately wondered exactly what FUC stood for (even though I knew it was something uke-related). This is januty, fun and (clearly) educational.
