So, er, this just happened. We had a "Let's Write A Song!" session at the UK Filk Con about an hour ago, and this is what we came up with. I'm not sure what else to say... It's #filk, it has my #ukulele, and it has the following additional people who were willing to admit their involvement (those with FAWM names are tagged as collaborators):

Marilisa, Gavran, Lexi, Jenny, Paul, Richard+Isobel Marsherder, Jackie, Billy, Robert, Declan, Bryn Tee, Marion

The only thing I can add by way of explanation is: they're filkers. What did you expect?

If I'm being honest, I don't get any of the references in here, but I love that you wrote and recorded a group sing-along IRL! And the rhymes are in the pocket, so to speak...

What great fun! Amazing what can be done with creative silly folks and no practicing. The game would have turned out differently if the lizard had had an apron.

This. Is. Hilarious. The "pocket" rhymes really cracked me up and just the whole idea of a giant chicken bat lizard without pockets tickles me in a good way LOL.

This made me grin. It's so very filk. It sounds like one of those things you come up with after a meandering conversation when someone finally says "there should be a song about this." And I mean that in the most endearing possible way.

The happiness pervading this recording takes me back to playing D&D with my pals back in the early 80s. Still have my DM's manual kicking around somewhere...

You definitely get a +3 on each roll for the shouted "Science!"
