One of my favorite things about FAWM is taking a riff that’s been floating around and finally turning it into a full song. This started with a keyboard riff I liked, and I knew I wanted to do something with it. Tove Lo was the inspiration, but as the song took shape, it veered more into the sounds of Human League and Prince—artists whose music is practically wired into me from growing up in the '80s.
The first line of the verse came to me, and from there, the song took me on its own path. #pop #fawmtronica #electropop #electronic #synthpop #finished

oh yeah!! I'm all about this. It's boppy and catchy. Love that more spoken pre chorus with the riser in the background. Fun!

Also - the verb on the vocals for the chorus are just PERFECT.
You SNAGGED this 80s vibe so hard! Definitely brings Human League and/or Howard Jones to mind. Great great job taking a riff that's been around for so long and DOING something with it. I LOVE FAWM so hard for pushing us to do this with our music.

Great bass sound, synth stabs, and an awesome synth pop track. I was definitely transported back to late 80’s/90’s.
