WTF man. You punch the listener in the gut, second one. So awesome. Those shrieking and wailing guitars are so freaky! Love that chunky riff leading us through the dark. Ugh. You're a master and having so much fun doing it, aren't you? You can hear it.
This song is an exercise in tension, and you never quite release it. I was "expecting" (like in my palpitating freaking heart) a breakdown at the end and a huge, rageful release, and...it never came. And that's not a knock, honestly, because the feeling it leaves me with is gonna stick. You did that.
