A flowery meadow, birds singing soft A fox with nine tails, leaps aloft She lands near me, again in a dress Says, “Join my party, oh, please say yes!”

We knelt down for tea, then got up to play Singing and dancing all through the day When twilight came, and I leftfor home She said, “I’ll be near, wherever you roam.”

Stunning imagery. I literally could visualize every step, every view. I've read alot of great lyrics here, but none have taken me on a journey of the mind like this one. So excellent and original. The storytelling is phenomenal. Such a well constructed, engaging story... Loved it!! Bravo!

A very well created atmosphere and some good storytelling. I particularly like the earlier verses and the descriptions where all colour has fled - completely feel a sense of etherealness, but it got a bit creepy when the figure appeared but then went into a beautiful transformation into colour and beauty. Thank you. #tit4tat

Beautiful visuals throughout the entire lyric make for a really enjoyable read. The reference to the fox with 9 tails makes me think of an anime character that my granddaughter loves. If I try to name it I know I'll get it wrong, but I loved seeing it in your song. If you get to add music I'd love to come back and hear this. :)
