dude i have like 5 songs backed up and which one did i record? The one i just wrote 20 minutes ago.
Anyway I had a really specific #indierock sound on my head for this one, and very little time to complete a recording. So it is what it is and now we move on. I'll be returning to this track though. I do like it.
Ironically, I was so overwhelmed earlier, and I had this two hour time period where I could choose what to get done. I didn't feel like I was in the right mental state to get anything done at all and I laid down in bed with my phone and within minutes started getting song ideas. I typed this into my phone notes and recorded a round melody demo in my phone as well, so I could remember the phrasing and notes I had in mind. So then I got up and recorded this song. It somehow completely cut in line. Sorry to the other songs!

i adore b-rhymes and "worthless/nervous" in the first chorus is great. may be a demo, but all the elements for the vibe are there and it's an earworm to boot!

An important thing to remember is what I got out of this… Always gotta follow the muse! If you’re feeling something, then work on it! This is such an incredible example of that because this song is so well done and well written, and didn’t take you long to accomplish because it felt right! You should be less apologetic and happy that you got this beautiful song out of it.
Overall melody is interesting and catchy! Lyrics are perfect. Your voice is solid and flows beautifully.

The lyrics are really good lots of emotion when you listen too and take them in! And wow your vocals are sooooooooooo good. This is one of those songs you could listen to on repeat over and over.

Wow! This feels like a Saturday Morning jam. Beautiful vocals and lyrics. I love that stop before the chorus comes in. 'I'm always there I'm never done' I love that vocal hook. The lyrics and vocal line just flow perfectly together.

Sometimes the best songs happen very quickly. It's so immediate and catchy but melancholic too. It's fab!

This is so good! I love how you ended it with that descending chant. Like the whole song is this bop that gets you moving, and by the end it's like "oh, maybe it's not funny". 👍👍

I’m not surprised this one jumped the line. It is a song that demands to be listened to. A real hit, so catchy! You really did nail that indie vibe, and it all just works!

talk/want... worthless/like this... nervous/to do list... LOVE the slant rhymes! Love the chord progression. And your super catchy melody. Had to listen twice! So good.
Oh my goodness girl! This is an absolutely stellar track, super concise, fantastic guitar, amazing vocal so full of feeling! You got a hit right here! This one is a keeper for sure!
