The River Banks

Liner Notes
Layered more guitar tracks than usual just to see what the result sounded like. Vocals could be better and more comprehensible, but I had to whisper (wife working in the next room).
Lyrics
The green-ink rivers overflow onto the banks -the savings and loans, the community banks- and drench the ATM machines and the tellers who yell, "Get me out of here cos this bank is wetter than a duck's arse and I'm afraid of mold and I'm sick of dishing out bills when I really want to dish out slaps cos the customers are horrible and I'm even worse"

At max volume, this could almost be a My Bloody Valentine track. Very trippy!
The guitar layers seems to lap and splash all around. Nice play on the word banks. Makes a spendid song about liquidity.
Sounds like you were walking on psychodelic colorful marshmallow clouds …
I wanted to hear more of that melodica melody at the end!
Well psychedelic me out from the off! Sometimes the whispered lyrics make you listen more carefully! Don’t mention the banks.
Ha, the Banks.... Clever. Swirling psychedelishness abounds. Cool sounds and the hushed vocals add to the vibe. Way to Cash in with this song.
One thing I love about our new house is that my studio is across the house from husband's office so I can be as loud as I want to be - unless I wake up the cat - lol! This captures the under water vibe to go with the lyrics. Guitar tracks work for me.
Sounds like there's a dark creature wandering around the room. The tellers seem to have seen it all, and they know what they feel. I guess this prepares us for seas of red ink. Won't be pretty.
ill take this for the guitars alone. never have two chords had such nightmarish depth. pity the troubled sleep of this poor bank teller.
