Even in the daylight we're compelled by unseen force Blindly craving answers without considering the source

Here we are before the dawn We contemplate our hand Retain our frail humanity or give up our earth and land Is it evolution or decline of all we know The sum of all our souls Condensed into a code

All our authors and our artists know The "work" is skewed and somewhat hollow The thought that art will reach the end of time The "work" has risen, has that time come?

The opening keyboard riff reminds me a bit of "Sanctify Yourself" by Simple Minds. I can also hear influences from modern prog bands like Big Big Train or Unitopia? Very cool stuff.

Wow - huge and compelling in both lyric and music. This really is an epic song in both the story and the the incredible instrumentation/performance. It sparkles but has a definite edge of menace. Ending on the question mark too, so good. Loved it!

So good! I love your voice and vocal choices, so much urgency in your singing, particularly in the chorus ("Reflecting on the city" part). The synths add such a cool steady movement underneath it all. Really enjoyed this. Reminds me a bit of Subdivisions-era Rush. I like how heavy it is for being so synth-driven.

Stunning track. Really love the "New line..." sections, and the contrast with the verses and chorus. You've done a marvelous job of encapsulating our enmeshment with technology and what it can mean for our future, especially the growing threat of AI. Great playing throughout!
