Happy, shock, fear - all the emotions I felt whilst listening to this! What a brilliant, playful song and a total earworm. Great work on the grindcore @sapient!!

My one year old and she went mental at the metal bit. To be quite honest so did I. I feel like the hamster has some sort of memetic curse attached to it. He lives in all of us now, biting and scratching. Still, adorable tune and my baby did genuinely love it.

@edwinb said I needed to hear this and he was not wrong. It is absolutely marvellous and will now live rent-free in my head forever.

Oh my god this is incredible. It's so sweet and pleasant, and the break comes in beautifully to crush your soul. It shouldn't work but it really really does. So fun. Love the lyrics, particularly the break.

I’m laughing, but also feeling less alone knowing that Song Hamster visits other people as well (I feel he/she/they have several relatives - work hamster, embarrassing shit you did 20 years ago hamster, the whole gang…) It’s funny because it’s true? The FAWM Slack this year has been a constant source of delight but this—folks, you have excelled yourselves. "Tempo-locked insomniac / Pitch-corrected rodent snack" had me absolutely howling.
