Hi, I'm Jess (she/her)! I am an avid music lover, and have sung and played a variety of instruments my entire life, but haven't written more than two songs until l found FAWM in 2023. Mainly, my brain gets in its own way, and I have difficulty just letting the inspiration drive itself, so I was convinced to try this as a way of not giving myself time to panic over perfection.

I'm a history nerd and LARPer, and will be drawing inspiration from those places. I love diving into the little parts of stories and worlds that make them feel real, and how music can help make that happen.
